Welcome to visit Temppeliaukio Church – the most interesting church in Helsinki!

Temppeliaukio Church is both a popular tourist sight and an active Lutheran church. In 2019 we had 938 000 visitors from all over the world.

Opening hours vary weekley. Please find up to date the opening hours for visitors on attractions website. During weddings, christenings, funerals and the Sunday Service the church is closed for visitors.

Please note that the the entrance closes 10 minutes before closing time.

The tour is entirely an outdoor experience, weather reservation. Pease note! The tour is non-accessible: the terrain is shifting.

 

Purchase your ticket in beforehand at the service desk during our opening hours. The meeting point is in the lobby of the church.
